Refund policy
Any standard (non personalised) full price item can be exchanged for another product or credit note in the case of a change of mind if the return request is lodged to us via email at hello@litlebou.com.au within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
To start the process, you can contact us at hello@littlebou.com.au and our team would be able to assist. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions to get your return items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the cost is to be bear by the customer. missing return packages are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 14 days upon receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised items are not eligible for exchange or a credit note. Please ensure that you have check the details of your order prior to purchase. However, please feel free to contact us should you not be satisfied with what you have received. We also do not accept returns for on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the provided credit note.
